Meet our founder
The idea and development of NO-DUPE began in 2022, sparked by Thalissa Chloë Leakat’s personal healing journey, a journey in which mantras (affirmations) from her Indian roots played a central role, alongside her deep fascination with the unconscious mind and how it shapes our emotions and behaviors. After years of research, creation, and a profound reconnection with her authentic heritage, the vision is now ready to fully unfold.
Through her first company, focused on women’s safety, Thalissa became deeply intrigued by the impact a product can have on one’s sense of security and emotion. This realization sparked a deeper question: how can we evoke that same feeling of safety from within? This became the inspiration for Eau de Mind’s very first scent: I AM SAFE.
She set out to create not just a fragrance, but a powerful tool designed to spark an inner shift, delivering proven emotional benefits and supporting well-being through the combined power of scent, affirmations, and healing frequencies, all brought together in an intentional ritual.
In 2025, NO-DUPE proudly launches its first complete concept: Eau de Mind®, where fragrance, affirmation, healing frequencies, and ritual merge to support a deeper connection with your highest potential.

NO-DUPE’s vision is to lead the functional well-being fragrance niche by creating a safe and inclusive space that redefines fragrance as a powerful self-care ritual. We believe scent should be used with the same intention as skincare: purposefully and with a clear function. Our fragrances are designed to nurture and support your well-being and personal growth.
We stand for empowering everyone to live unapologetically authentic. Sometimes serious, sometimes rebellious, but always true to who we are. That’s the frequency we stand for.
Our creation process
At NO-DUPE, every fragrance begins with a clear intention: What feeling do we want to awaken? Which affirmations can support this emotional state? From this foundation, each scent is born with purpose and meaning.
In close collaboration with our fragrance expert aromachologist, Aleksandra Chadzynski, we transform these emotional intentions into thoughtfully curated blends. Drawing from the science of aromachology and neuroscience, Aleksandra selects ingredients known for their proven ability to support emotional well-being, whether it's the grounding confidence of patchouli, or the heart-opening warmth of rose.
Together with our perfume house in Grasse, France, we translate these aromatic visions into multiple scent compositions. Every version is crafted to reflect the emotional story behind it, while upholding the highest standards of quality, integrity, and sensory beauty.
Our creations are then experienced by carefully selected test panels in the Netherlands and France. Their honest impressions and emotional responses guide us in refining the blend until we arrive at the final formula, one that resonates deeply and delivers more than just a beautiful scent.
