At NO-DUPE, we take a different approach to fragrance. It has nothing to do with trends and everything to do with emotional well-being and energy. Our fragrances are designed to help you embody the identity you want to claim and through the repeated connection of scent and affirmation sound, make it part of who you (already) are. Meet our founder
NO-DUPE was never created as a traditional fragrance house. It began with founder Thalissa Chloë Leakat’s fascination with energy, emotion, identity and the subconscious mind.
Rooted in her Hindustani-Surinamese heritage and inspired by the power of mantras and affirmations, she set out to create fragrance with a deeper purpose: to influence how you feel in the moment and through repetition, support the mindset and energy you wish to embody.
This vision became Eau de Mind® a multisensory neursoscience fragrance experience combining scent, affirmations and soundscapes. Each composition is developed around a specific emotional benefit and tested for the way it makes you feel.
At its core, NO-DUPE is about the highest frequency of all: authenticity. It is about reshaping subconscious patterns through scent, while embracing every layer, emotion and version of yourself.

Our creation process
At NO-DUPE, every fragrance begins with a clear intention: What feeling do we want to awaken? Which affirmations can support this emotional state? From this foundation, each scent is born with purpose and meaning.
In close collaboration with our fragrance expert aromachologist, Aleksandra Chadzynski, we transform these emotional intentions into thoughtfully curated blends. Drawing from the science of aromachology and neuroscience, Aleksandra selects ingredients known for their proven ability to support emotional well-being, whether it's the grounding confidence of patchouli, or the heart-opening warmth of rose.
Together with our perfume house in Grasse, France, we translate these aromatic visions into multiple scent compositions. Every version is crafted to reflect the emotional story behind it, while upholding the highest standards of quality, integrity, and sensory beauty.
Our creations are then experienced by carefully selected test panels in the Netherlands and France. Their honest impressions and emotional responses guide us in refining the blend until we arrive at the final formula, one that resonates deeply and delivers more than just a beautiful scent.
