PRIVACY AND COOKIE STATEMENT (NO-DUPE)

NO-DUPE (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the webshop www.no-dupe.com. We sell and deliver exclusively within the EU. This statement explains what personal data we process, why, how long, and what your rights are.

1. Summary

We care deeply about your privacy. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), meaning we clearly explain why we process data, only collect what is necessary, request your consent when required, secure your data appropriately, and respect your privacy rights.

2. What data do we process?

When you contact us, place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, collaborate as a supplier or partner, or apply for a job, we process the following personal data:

  • Contact and communication: name, contact details (email, phone), any additional information.
  • Orders and account creation: name, address, email, phone number, payment details, order and invoice details, IP address.
  • Marketing (newsletter): name and email address.
  • Suppliers and partners: company name, contact person, business contact details, contract and payment information.
  • Job applications: name, address, contact details, CV, cover letter, salary indication, references, photo.

3. How long do we retain data?

We do not store data longer than necessary: contact records for up to 2 years, orders and accounts for 2 years (with tax records for 7 years), newsletters until you unsubscribe, and job applications up to 6 weeks after the process or up to 1 year with consent.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use functional cookies (for proper website operation), analytical cookies (to gain insights into use, for example via Google Analytics), and tracking cookies (for personalized ads, for example via Meta/Facebook and Google). On your first visit, we request consent for non-essential cookies. You can adjust preferences anytime via your browser settings.

Data collected via cookies may include IP address, cookie ID, shop and click behavior, login information, screen settings, and referrer URL.

Third parties placing cookies may include Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Some of these parties are located outside the EU, such as in the United States. We ensure proper safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. With whom do we share data?

We only share personal data when necessary, for example with IT and hosting providers such as Shopify, payment and delivery services, marketing and advertising partners such as Google and Meta, or government authorities when legally required.

6. Security

We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss or unauthorized access.

7. Your rights
