1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Only unopened 50ML bottles are eligible for return.
1.2 Each 50ML bottle includes a 2ML sample of the same fragrance. We advise customers to test the sample before opening the main bottle.
1.3 Opened or used bottles are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Window
2.1 Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Return Conditions
3.1 Products must be returned in their original and unused condition.
3.2 All original packaging and seals must remain intact.
3.3 Please include the original packing slip with your return. If the packing slip is unavailable, ensure that your customer details (full name, address, and order number) are clearly provided.

4. Return Shipping
4.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4.2 We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. NO-DUPE is not liable for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

6. Refund Process
6.1 Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
6.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Important Notes
7.1 Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted for bottles that remain unopened and unused.
7.2 We encourage all customers to use the included 2ML sample to evaluate the functional fragrance before opening the 50ML bottle.
