Refund Policy

At NO-DUPE, we believe every detail matters, including how we handle returns. Our policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and respect for both our customers and the integrity of our products. Please review the terms below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Only 50ML perfume bottles that remain unopened and unused are eligible for return.
1.2 Each 50ML bottle includes a 2ML sample of the same fragrance; we encourage you to test the sample before opening the main bottle.
1.3 Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be accepted for return

2. Return Window
2.1 Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
2.2 Any requests made after this period will regrettably not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items
3.1 All products must be returned in their original condition, with seals intact and packaging undamaged.
3.2 Please include the original packing slip with your return. If the packing slip is missing, please provide your full name, address, and order number inside the return package.

4. Return Shipping
4.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4.2 We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as NO-DUPE cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Refund Processing
6.1 Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
6.2 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6.3 Please note that original shipping costs and any additional fees are non-refundable.

7. Special Conditions
7.1 Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
7.2 If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
